1 Definitions & General Rules

In this document, "Platform" refers to ok90's website, mobile interface, and all related services. "User" means any person who has created or is in the process of creating an account at ok90. "Wager" means participation in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.

ok90 is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms may change from time to time; continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account at ok90, you must provide your correct name, valid contact details, and payment method information. ok90 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account where false information has been provided.

3.2 Identity Verification

ok90 may request identity verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the ok90 support team immediately. ok90 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

ok90 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for any method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

• Withdrawal requests must be made through the registered payment method.
• ok90 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Prevailing exchange rates will apply for any currency conversion.

4.3 Transaction Validity

ok90 does not accept funds from illegal sources. ok90 reserves the right to verify the source of financial transactions when necessary. Transactions using third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The time limit for completing the wagering requirements will be stated in the specific bonus offer details.
• If the requirements are not met within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The bonus benefit is granted only once.
• VIP cashback and other promotional benefits will apply according to the terms stated on the relevant page.

5.3 Changes to Bonus Policy

ok90 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. We recommend checking the latest terms before claiming any bonus.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Policy

ok90 operates as a safe and fair platform. All games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Collusion or conspiring with others to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to obtain another user's account credentials.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server issues or a connection loss, ok90 will provide the best resolution based on its recorded data. ok90 is not obligated to pay winnings that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

7 VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits

ok90's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are at ok90's discretion and cashback benefit terms may change. Additional wagering conditions may apply to receive cashback.

8 Security & Data Protection

• We never sell user data to third parties.

11 Limitation of Liability

ok90 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection disruption or technical errors.
• Loss resulting from a user sharing their login credentials with a third party.
• Financial or emotional loss resulting from losing a wager.
• Any loss arising through third-party services or links.

12 Dispute Resolution

13 Amendments & Effectiveness

ok90 reserves the right to modify any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be ineffective or invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. This document constitutes the complete agreement between ok90 and the user, and any prior promises or statements made verbally or in writing are considered void.
